Important Notice Regarding Pets

Please note that we realize pets are part of many families and that we are not opposed to pets, in fact, we are pet owners ourselves. Most pets that have been on the property have not been an issue, however, pets can be intrusive to others and have caused extensive damage to the property, furniture, house and cabins. Pets have also been left alone for extended periods of time. Due to these problems and to ensure that all of our guests, including pets, have an enjoyable vacation, the following policy regarding ALL pets is now in effect:

• Owners will be charged $100 per pet, per week plus a $100 damage deposit. Your damage deposit will be returned at the end of your stay once we have established that there is no mess or damage left due to your animal.
• Pets are not allowed in the cabins or house at any time.
• Pets are not allowed on lawn furniture.
• Owners must bring a kennel for their pets.
• Owners must pick up after their pets.
• Pets are never to be left alone on the property unless they are in their kennel ( please note the barking dog policy ).
• Leave barking dogs home! Owners with barking and disruptive dogs may be asked to leave.
• Pets must be controlled by their owners i.e. Dogs shaking off water on a crowded dock or begging for food at other peoples tables.
